Great Rides Club
Great Rides hosts a variety of group rides through it's Great Riders Club, both the rides and membership are free. Rides are Monday through Thursday evening with most rides departing from the Great Northern Bicycle Co. located at 425 Broadway in downtown Fargo. For more information regarding the group rides that Great Rides offers, click here. Rides typically begin in May and end late September. Helmets are required on all rides.

The 'Y' Ride
This ride departs from the east side of the Fercho YMCA at 5:45 am sharp every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday starting late-April. It's a brisk-paced group that rides 20 to 25 miles in a little over 1 hour. Lights are used as needed. For questions or information contact Kent Carlson at kccarlson@cableone.net. Wednesday nights during the summer local riders will meet north of Rollag, MN at the corner of 90th Ave S and 260th St S and depart for a ride that heads south through the town of Rollag and the rolling hills in the that area. This ride begins at 6:15 pm and freatures a spirited pace. The total mileage of the route is about 30 miles with about 1,500 feet of elevation gain. The Team Road Rash cycling group meets every Wednesday in the summer at 6:15 pm in north Moorhead. The group meets at 6212 Broadway St NW, Moorhead. Rides are typically 20 - 30 miles in length with a pace of around 15 mph. The group typically meets mid May through the end of September each year. Road bikes are recommended and helmets are mandatory. Those interested can join the Team Road Rash Facebook page for current information.

FM Weekend Rides
There are two rides throughout the summer weekends - one at 9:00 am on Saturday and on at 9:00 am on Sunday. The Saturday ride meets at Centennial Elementary School (4201 25th St S, Fargo) while the Sunday ride meets near the fountain at Lindenwood Park in Fargo. These rides are approximately 30-40 miles with a variety of routes which are decided by the group. Ride speeds are typically 16-18 mph but can get as high as 20 mph depending on the group.
